WELCOME TO JANUARY AND A NEW YEAR! THIS MONTH PRETTY MUCH EPITOMIZES WHAT THE YEAR IS ABOUT AND I THINK SETS A REALLY NICE TONE TO KICK IT OFF!
WE HAVE A TON OF AQUARIUS ENERGY ALL HIGHLIGHTING THE RECENT PLUTO IN AQUARIUS TRANSIT EVEN MORE, THE NORTH NODE MOVING INTO PISCES FOR THE NEXT YEAR AND A HALF, AND LOTS OF CANCER ENERGY TO REALLY GET IN THERE AND FEEL OUR FEELINGS ABOUT IT ALL.
I KEPT CHANNELING AT THE END OF 2024 THAT THE THEME THIS YEAR IN 2025 IS “THIS IS WHAT DREAMS ARE MADE OF” AND JANUARY STARTS TO REALLY INTRODUCE ALL THE WAYS THAT BECOMES PRACTICAL AND REAL LIFE. THIS YEAR WILL ASK US TO CONSCIOUSLY CHOOSE OVER AND OVER AGAIN WHICH REALITY WE WANT AND WHICH WAVE LENGTH WE ARE RIDING. SO IT’S A REALLY FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY IN JANUARY TO GET CRYSTAL CLEAR AND COMMITTED TO YOURS.

JANUARY 3RD, 2025 – VENUS ENTERS PISCES
On January 3rd, 2025, Venus enters Pisces.
Right at the top of the year we get a lovely transit - Venus transiting into the home of her domicile. Venus loves being here as it thrives in love, beauty, art, and things Venusian in Pisces. It can also feel extra dreamy.
This Venus cycle it’s also setting us up for this year’s Venus Retrograde which will transit through Pisces as well as Aries later in the year.
January 8th, 2025 – Mercury Enters Capricorn
On January 8th, 2025, Mercury leaves Sagittarius and enters Capricorn.
Mercury Rx vibes are OFFICIALLY over. And this one was kind of a doozy as it made squares to Saturn in Pisces and Jupiter in Gemini.
In Capricorn Mercury is thinking and communicating in a detail oriented, step by step planned out kind of way. There’s a method here and less madness. This is a great time to look at any big picture goals for the year and the tangible steps or work you need to put in to accomplish them.
January 11th, 2025 – North Node Enters Pisces, South Node Enters Virgo
On January 11th, 2025, the Lunar Nodes shift to Pisces/Virgo.
Whooo! Everyone loves a nodal shift right? We are out of Aries/Libra as the star and now into Virgo/Pisces.
Where Aries/Libra since July 2023 taught us how to prioritize ourselves, our wants, our needs, our desires, our authenticity and truth, and take action (Aries) and also let go of superficial relationship patterns, codependency, enmeshment, and what other people want and need Pisces/Virgo offers a completely different axis to balance.
With the North Node in Pisces we are increasing big picture feeling and visioning, dreaming, frequency, heaven on earth vibrations, emotions, spirituality, and feeling. This is like one big wave coming to put out the inferno fire we’ve felt with Aries. Think diving into the deep end of cooler water. With the South Node in Virgo we are decreasing perfectly planning everything, criticism, perfectionism, analyzation, organization, and the micro details.
The trick though is to balance these wherever they are transiting in your chart.
January 13th, 2025 – Full Moon In Cancer
On January 13th, 2025, we have a Full Moon at 24° Cancer.
This might be more of an intense Full Moon because it is conjunct Mars Rx bringing up themes of slowing down, tuning into your emotions, and getting cozy in exploring feelings like frustration or anger (if it comes up, that won’t be the expression for everyone). For some folks this will be reviewing momentum you previously took or momentum that has been delayed being illuminated.
If you’re extra sensitive this might be one where you get cozy and process this at home perhaps with a nice bath or long nap by the fire.
January 19th, 2025 – Sun Enters Aquarius
On January 19th, 2025, the Sun enters Aquarius.

January 19th, 2025 – Venus Conjunct Saturn In Pisces
On January 19th, 2025, Venus is conjunct Saturn at 16° Pisces.
I LOVEEE this transit. This is quintessential anchoring of heaven down on earth as Saturn makes anything it touches real and longer lasting and Venus in Pisces is all about the love.
While there might be a sobering aspect to this conjunction as Saturn reminds us of reality it also is extremely practical for getting what we do want beyond just dreaming about it. And for a lot of people will be a nice reminder or anchoring in of what IS.
January 21st, 2025 – Sun Conjunct Pluto
On January 21st, 2025, Sun is conjunct Pluto at 1° Aquarius.
Sun conjunct Pluto illuminates clearly what is changing and evolving and growing in the New Paradigm way in our lives.
It’s an ever unfolding mystery the next 20 years of what change Pluto will bring and the Sun helps highlight this frequency of the new, wild, and different right at the top of this transit at 1 degrees.
As always pay attention to see what New Paradigm threads reveal themselves.
January 28th, 2025 – Mercury Enters Aquarius
On January 28th, 2025, Mercury enters Aquarius.
Mercury loves to be in Aquarius! It moves like lightening here creating all sorts of cool, progressive thoughts and communication!
As it enters Aquarius it of course ALSO conjuncts Pluto just like the Sun. So it won’t just be illumination of what’s changing it will be communication around it as well. This may be external but it could also be internal depending on where it falls in your chart. Maybe a little bit of both.
January 29th, 2025 – New Moon In Aquarius
On January 29th, 2025, we have a New Moon at 9° Aquarius.
This is an extra Aquarius-y New Moon with four planets in Aquarius and pretty close to each other - the Sun, the Moon, Mercury, and Pluto.
Again, an excellent day to pay attention to any New Paradigm identities emerging and what’s being asked of you to embrace them as the call will be extra loud.
January 29th, 2025 – Mercury Conjunct Pluto In Aquarius
On January 29th, 2025, Mercury is conjunct Pluto at 1° Aquarius.
Mercury exactly conjunct Pluto is sure to bring about communication or thought processing of some sort around the future. Who do I want to be? What do I want it to look like? How can I create that in the now? These are some of the questions that may pop up.
January 31st, 2025 – Uranus Goes Direct
On January 31st, 2025, Uranus goes direct at 23° Taurus.
And finally we end the month with Uranus going direct in Taurus and beginning to finish out its 7 year journey here before transiting into Gemini later in the year.
