WELCOME TO FEBRUARY! THIS MONTH IS REALLY JUST A LEAD UP TO SUPER CLIMATIC MARCH, BUT AN IMPORTANT ONE BECAUSE OF THAT. THE PLANE CAN’T TAKE OFF INTO THE SKY UNTIL IT’S GONE DOWN THE RUNWAY TYPE VIBES. IT’S A LITTLE BRIDGE FROM JANUARY WHICH WAS SLOW. IT’S NOT NECESSARILY THAT WE’RE GONNA GET MORE ACTION IN FEBRUARY PER SE, IN FACT IT’S REALLY JUST MORE DREAMING, MORE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH YOUR DESIRES, AND MORE UNEXPECTED EVENTS OR ANGLES TO LOOK AT THINGS YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE BEFORE.

IS FEBRUARY THE ENERGY OF A BIG WATERSHED MOMENT? FOR SOME PEOPLE MAYBE, BUT FOR MOST IT’S GETTING INTO THOSE LITTLE NOOKS AND CRANNIES AND DUSTING THEM OFF TO SEE A NEW POV OR MAYBE FEEL VINDICATED IN AN OLDER ONE. THINK OF FEBRUARY AS THE ASTROLOGICAL EQUIVALENT OF ANSWERING A FEW MORE EMAILS AND CLEARING OUT THE REST OF THEM BEFORE BEING FLOODED WITH NEW ONES IN MARCH. IT’S PREP MORE THAN ANYTHING SO JUST ENJOY THE PRESENT MOMENT.

February 4th, 2025 – Jupiter Goes Direct

On February 4th, 2025, Jupiter goes direct at 11° Gemini. Which means Jupiter, the planet of luck, abundance, expansion, and growth, is now direct for the rest of the year! 

While Jupiter is in Gemini we are continuing a path of expansion around Gemini themes like connection, networking, creativity, learning, duality, thinking and the mind, humor, and socializing.

February 4th, 2025 – Venus Enters Aries

On February 4th, 2025, Venus enters Aries. 

Venus in Aries is a BOLD, fiery expression of love, money, beauty, and all things Venusian. 

This is actually my natal Venus! So everyone gets to experience a taste of what I do on a daily basis. Venus in Aries loves to play, even play fight. It’s not about being aggressive so much as it’s like the lions in the Lion King saying “pinned ya, pinned ya again.” Venus in Aries has a certain undeniable magnetism about it and is strongly associated with sex symbols like Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor, and Shakira (did you see her recent Grammy’s performance?!) It’s an “I love you but I love me more” attitude. 

So here everyone gets to explore it! And that’s especially potent considering it is the star of this years Venus Rx. We won’t start that until March but you may begin to feel some energy around those themes now as we build up to it.

February 7th, 2025 – North Node Conjunct Neptune

On February 7th, 2025, the North Node and Neptune meet in a conjunction at 28° Pisces. This is a moment of strongly connecting to Piscean themes and a Piscean path of moving through the world. Neptune, the planet of frequency, vibration, dreams, spirituality and transcendence beyond the physical realm is the modern ruler of Pisces so it’s especially these qualities in this sign. The North Node is our collective compass forward. it’s what we’re increasing and moving towards.

Here we are asked to really get in touch with our dreams, a round about way of moving through the world and deeper trust in the universe. 

February 12th, 2025 – Full Moon In Leo

On February 12th, 2025, we have a Full Moon at 24° Leo. The Full Moon is square Uranus in Taurus.

Full Moon in Leo’s are all about a fullest expression of our pride, gifts and talents, and spotlight. But what happens when that’s challenged with some sort of surprising development as it connects to where we usually find stability, reliability, and comfort? Egos may run a little high or be exacerbated. 

Thankfully this is balanced out by the objectivity and emotional detachment of the Aquarius Sun. What needs a shakeup when it comes to supporting you fully being in the spotlight? 

February 14th, 2025 – Mercury Enters Pisces

On February 14th, 2025, Mercury leaves Aquarius and enters Pisces. Mercury in Pisces is dreamy, imaginative, and full of symbolism, story and poetry. Here Mercury the planet of communication lovessss to swim around! 

Again this is my natal Mercury. So it encourages us to look beyond just our physical world for meaning. Find the miracle in the mundane of life and speak to it. You may have more vivid dreams or feel inspired to write poetry or lyrics, or paint, or sing. Something beyond your standard verbal/written communication. Perfect to express your feelings for Valentine’s Day!

February 18th, 2025 – Sun Enters Pisces

On February 18th, 2025, the Sun enters Pisces. 

Happy birthday Pisces!

February 24th, 2025 – Mars Goes Direct

FINALLY! On February 24th, 2025, Mars finally goes direct at 17° Cancer. Mars retrogrades are EASILY everyone’s least favorite retrograde when it’s happening but most impactful in hindsight. Mars is the planet of movement, of short term change, and progression forward so when it’s backwards and we feel like we’re going nowhere we can feel really lost as to why it’s all SO SLOW. 

In Cancer we also got deeply in touch with our past and our emotions. I think about it like pressing rewind on an old family video and watching it back. In Leo (remember that at the top of the year?) we reevaluated the performance of it all, the show, and the spotlight. We took another look at things behind the scenes. 

These two combined have helped us get clear on what our hearts and soul want next. Where is life taking you now that this is over? What lessons did you learn by slowing down? 

Also give it a second to pick up Mars doesn’t like to go zero to 100 it needs some time to rev up again.

February 25th, 2025 – Mercury Conjunct Saturn

On February 25th, 2025, Mercury is conjunct Saturn at 20° Pisces.

Flowery Mercury in Pisces conjuncts practical and straightforward Saturn. What is the meaning of life? What is the meaning of MY life? How do I even convey these big feelings and dreams and fantasies I’m having and make it reality? These are some of the questions that may be on our minds during this time. 

Once again this is MY natal energy so I know it well. There’s a really nice grounding influence to Saturn meeting Mercury in Pisces like heaven and earth combining when it comes to communication. Bringing the miracle and magic down through story or again perhaps song or art, dance, something that transcends human language but is also understood by humans. 

Maybe I’m biased but I love this transit! What dreams are being communicated and further solidified? 

February 28th, 2025 – New Moon In Pisces

On February 28th, 2025, we have a New Moon at 9° Pisces. The New Moon is square Jupiter in Gemini and trine Mars in Cancer.

A new moon in Pisces is dreamy, otherworldly, and deeply compassionate. The square with Jupiter in Gemini is asking us to get creative and innovative with where we might feel blocked in Piscean themes. How do we open up to the dream even more by exploring the mind? And how do the two balance? Trine Mars in Cancer there’s a sense of a fated soul path or destiny at play that’s unfolding. Especially now that Mars is no longer Rx. It’s like the Chariot card in the tarot…where is life taking you next? And what stories or mental activity need to dissolve to let you go there? This one might really challenge logic.

Enjoy February!! It’s not exactly a month to remember but also not quite a month to forget! That being said more is happening behind the scenes than you realize.
