August Astrology Forecast 2022
WELCOME TO AUGUST, BEAUTIFUL SOUL!
AUGUST IS A MONTH OF INTEGRATION MIXED WITH FORWARD MOMENTUM. I THINK THIS MONTH WILL HELP US FINALLY, FINALLY TAKE THOSE BIG STEPS WE’VE BEEN WAITING FOR AFTER THE CLARITY THE URANUS-NORTH NODE CONJUNCTION BRINGS. WE CAN SEE OUR CURRENT PATH FORWARD MORE CLEARLY AND THE VARIOUS TIMELINES THAT COULD PLAY OUT SO NOW WE’RE BRAVELY STEPPING FORWARD AND PLANNING IN THIS NEW WAY AND IDENTITY. WE’RE GETTING A LOT (!!) OF CHANCES TO PROCESS OUR ONGOING CHANGES BUT ALSO BEING ASKED TO NO LONGER STAY STAGNANT AND INSTEAD ACT ON IMPULSES.

AUGUST 1ST-3RD, 2022 – MARS CONJUNCT NORTH NODE AND URANUS
On August 1st, Mars joins North Node and Uranus at 18° Taurus.
The BIG moment of the year is here! This has been a longgg time coming transit astrologers have had their eye on for centuries. It has not happened since 300BC so major shifts are afoot in very tangible ways for the rest of our lives (NBD, right?).
We will feel this energy more strongly at the beginning of the month but be integrating it over the next 15 years so pay attention to themes that come up in your life in the houses affected where 18 degrees Taurus and Scorpio are.
AUGUST 4TH, 2022 – MERCURY ENTERS VIRGO
On August 4th, 2022 Mercury enters Virgo.
Mercury in Virgo is PRIME time for constructive and helpful communication.
Mercury is in both its domicile and exaltation in Virgo so now is the moment to analyze, organize, think logically through matters, and plan.
If you have a business this will be a great opportunity to process any changes that may have occurred with the Uranus-North Node conjunction and restructure the rest of your year. For everyone else this is an ideal time to have amazing internal and external conversations and contemplate matters with structure.
AUGUST 11TH, 2022 – VENUS ENTERS LEO
On August 11th, 2022 Venus enters Leo.
Venus in Leo is BIG, bold love!! One of my favorite placements/transits these days, Venus in Leo is an energy that asks us to find our spotlight and shine in matters of romance, wealth, self worth and more.
Now is the perfect time to get that haircut or buy yourself that new outfit–treat yo self! Go out dancing, profess your feelings, feel expensive. It’s a whole vibe.
AUGUST 12TH, 2022 – FULL MOON IN AQUARIUS
On August 12th, 2022 we have a Full Moon at 19° Aquarius.
The Full Moon in Aquarius is conjunct Saturn and square Uranus and the Nodes.
This moon will continue to help us put together the pieces of the recent Uranus-North Node moment by adding structure and maybe even a helpful challenge or “obstacle” to overcome. Squares mean tension, but personally I think these tensions show up to help us untangle what’s holding us back. So while it’s a more serious moon it’s a helpful one that is helping us grow up and take responsibility where we need to which ultimately will help us manifest our desires..
AUGUST 20TH, 2022 – MARS ENTERS GEMINI
On August 20th, 2022 Mars enters Gemini.
We are in for 7 MONTHS of Mars in Gemini. That’s a long time for Mars to be in a sign and this is a major transit this year. Wherever 8°-25° Gemini is activated for you will be the focus as impatient Mars in Gemini makes it way through a retrograde period as well in October.
Mars in Gemini is interested in movement, quick thinking, curiosity, and change. So expect a lot of exciting breakthroughs to come through.
AUGUST 23RD, 2022 – SUN ENTERS VIRGO
On August 23rd, 2022 the Sun enters Virgo. Happy birthday to my favorite control freak-a-leaks!
AUGUST 25TH, 2022 – URANUS GOES RETROGRADE
On August 25th, 2022 Uranus goes retrograde at 18° Taurus.
Once again we’re getting a chance to fully process the external changes that happened at the top of the month for a while. If you have planets or angles between 14°-18° of Taurus you’ll feel this the most.
Retrograde periods are more about internal shifts and revelations so this is a really helpful time to just sit with what is shifting WITHIN you and observe/let go of what doesn’t fit anymore as you explore this new identity.
AUGUST 26TH, 2022 – MERCURY ENTERS LIBRA
On August 26th, 2022, Mercury enters Libra.
This transit is incredibly charming. Libra is the diplomat interested in keeping the peace so this is a perfect chance to have productive and win-win conversations around love, relationships, money and wealth, beauty as well as justice and equality.
A really great time to pay attention to internal dialogue about balance and where you can introduce more of it to your life too.
AUGUST 27TH, 2022 – NEW MOON IN VIRGO
On August 27th, 2022 we will have a New Moon at 4° Virgo.
This moon is forming a perfect square to Mars in Gemini. Mars is also part of a grand trine with Mercury (the New Moon ruler) and Pluto.
This new moon will illuminate where we’ve been holding ourselves back and not communicating our full truth while encouraging us to do so. It might make us uncomfortable but ultimately help liberate us from any self imposed limitations.
AUGUST IS A MONTH WHERE INTEGRATION MEETS ACTION STEPS FORWARD. I THINK THIS WILL BE A MONTH WHERE WE WILL SIMULTANEOUSLY BE NURTURING THE SEEDS WE’VE BEEN SEWING AND GROWING ALL SUMMER, WHILE ALSO MAKING WAY FOR NEW ACTIVATIONS AND LEAPS FORWARD. NOW THAT WE HAVE CLARITY, WE CAN FINALLY TAKE THE BIG STEPS WE’VE BEEN WAITING FOR. LOOK AT ALL THE CHANCES, OPPORTUNITIES, AND POSSIBILITIES FOR THE FUTURE THAT ARE PRESENTING THEMSELVES AND ACT ON YOUR IMPULSES!
