AUGUST 1ST, 2021 – SUN CONJUNCT MERCURY
On August 1st, Sun is conjunct Mercury at 9° Leo.
This is opposite Saturn in Aquarius.
This can bring sudden welcome revelations and breakthroughs in communication that require emotional maturity and discernment. This is a time to understand your place in the world better and relax even more into BEING that person even when the spotlight isn’t on you.
AUGUST 8TH, 2021 – NEW MOON IN LEO
On August 8th, 2021, we have a New Moon at 16° Leo. The New Moon is conjunct Mercury, it is square Uranus and opposite Saturn. This is also during Lion’s Gate Portal which occurs every year on 8/8.
The questions of “Who am I?” “What is my place in the world?” and “What sets me apart from others in the world?” show up even more than they have the rest of the year. The soul is restless to establish its identity. You DO NOT need to have all of these answers or force them but it’s a good time to explore or receive more clarity rather than resist the changes that want to take place.
AUGUST 11TH, 2021 – MERCURY ENTERS VIRGO
On August 11th, 2021 Mercury enters his favorite sign: Virgo. Mercury in Virgo is especially cool because it is the only placement where a planet is both exalted and in domicile. Translation: it’s a REALLY good time for Mercury.
Mercury in Virgo carries similar qualities to Mercury in Gemini (both Mercurial), but in Virgo it can be more useful in forward momentum because it becomes more analytical and practical. Now is a great time to plan out and start mapping projects.
AUGUST 16TH, 2021 – VENUS ENTERS LIBRA
Venus, the Goddess of Love and Beauty comes home to Libra. Regardless of your natal Venus sign this will be a beneficial time.
Under Venus in Libra everything becomes more romantic. Relationships can improve, money and presents can flow, and overall things feel balanced and you enjoy yourself more.
AUGUST 18TH, 2021 – MERCURY CONJUNCT MARS
On August 18th, 2021 Mercury is conjunct Mars at 12° Virgo.
This is a great time for bringing your thoughts and ideas to life. This is not just talking about what you want to do but taking authentic aligned action on it.
AUGUST 19TH, 2021 – URANUS GOES RETROGRADE
On August 19th, 2021 Uranus goes retrograde at 13° Taurus.
As an outer planet Uranus is felt even more on a collective level. So the days before this transit you may have some unexpected revelations, insights, and meaningful events. Uranus loves to bring clarity, especially when retrograde so this can make you more aware of subtle information and energy that are usually more difficult to understand.
AUGUST 22ND, 2021 – FULL MOON IN AQUARIUS
On August 22nd, 2021 we have a 2nd Full Moon in Aquarius. Last month we had a Full Moon at 1° Aquarius, and this month we have a Full Moon in the last degree of Aquarius.
This Full Moon is conjunct Jupiter so in a way it’s extremely lucky and expansive--IF you are willing to work with Aquarius energy of looking forward instead of to the past.
This moon helps us connect the dots from the questions the first Aquarius Full Moon in July or Leo New Moon brought forward. Those questions of “what is my place in the world?” start to crystallize into answers and make more sense.
AUGUST 22ND, 2021 – SUN ENTERS VIRGO
Happy birthday to all the Virgos!
With the clarity gained from the moon just hours before the Sun is ready to put it all into action with practical Virgo. This helps turn our dreams into reality. Virgo gets to work breaking the last few months of energetic alignment into actionable steps and tasks of what to do to move the needle forward.
AUGUST 30TH, 2021 – MERCURY ENTERS LIBRA
On August 30th, 2021 Mercury leaves Virgo and enters Libra.
During this we are more diplomatic in our communication and listening to other’s points of views. We are able to find “win-win” situations and are more charming and amicable
